You might be looking to increase psychological fitness, or make sense of past wounds, or make a change in your present way to being in the world – I offer a safe, non-judgemental & supportive space to facilitate your healing.

I work with a firm belief in the resilience of the human spirit. My belief is supported by a solid educational base, a wide multi-cultural variety of life experience, and a range of counselling skills and tools that makes it possible for me to meet your individual needs. Whether you’re dealing with problems (life transitions, single parenting, divorce, marriage, immigration, birth of child, and many more) and/or living with labels and diagnoses (depression, anxiety, grief, PTSD, OCD, ADHD, and many more) – I offer a safe, non judgmental and supportive space to facilitate your healing.

I am trained both in Canada and overseas with a focus on humanistic, existential and spiritual theories on human functioning. I focus on the human experience underneath the many layers imposed by culture, religion, nationality, race and gender. I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Q) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) as well as a member of Canadian Counseling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA). I am trained to facilitate your healing using both short-term solution-focused as well as long-term psychological change approaches. Borrowing from various modalities like CBT, Gestalt, person-centered, transpersonal and art therapy allows the creation of your unique path to healing.

My work with clients is based on my belief that each individual is a unique and ingenuous blend of their physical, mental, emotional and spiritual selves. I work with the knowledge that each of us carries within us the resources to meet our individual challenges – support in the form of empathy, deep listening and non-judgmental caring has the power to alter a person’s reality. And that is what I offer to my clients – a space to be with themselves and a place to grow a rich internal life.
